We will not sell or share your details with any third party. All transactions are processed through secure DPS, we do not store any credit card details.
Orders are normally dispatched the next working day but some speciality items may need to be ordered from our suppliers, if there is a delay to dispatch of more than 48hrs we will contact you.
Delivery Damage Policy;
On receipt of the goods, it is your responsibility to check that the products are in good condition. If they have been damaged in transit, please sign for them as damaged and contact us within 24hours to initiate a freight damage claim. You can also refuse to sign for the products. We suggest that you thoroughly unpack all products before signing for them.
Return / Refund policy;
Goods returned within 7 days unused and in original packaging will be refunded less any shipping fees. Any defective products can be returned for a full refund or replacement, including shipping.
Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel your order as we sometimes ship within the hour.
Cancellation of kayaking tours require 24 hours notice. Please note that cancelation of a tour does not guarantee a refund as your booking often restricts other customers from booking due to numbers. Any refund request needs to be made in writing prior to the trip commencing and will be given at our discretion.
